Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Dirtbag Collective gear. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

Request a return within 30 days

Email info@dirtbagcollective.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with original tags where supplied. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, please send it within 14 calendar days using the instructions we provide. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. Do not send a return to an address found elsewhere on the website.

Return shipping and refunds

For a change of mind or size preference, you are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we sent an incorrect or defective item, or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please allow up to 15 business days after we receive your return to inspect it and process an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will contact you if there is a problem with the return.

Exchanges

Sizes and styles are subject to availability. Contact us about the item you need; we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos when possible. If the issue is our error or a defective item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Special purchases

Any merchandise sold with different return terms, such as a personalized or final-sale item, will be clearly identified before checkout. This policy applies to physical merchandise, not donations or event purchases. It does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
